Such a cute post! This looks so pretty, like you could frame it. Thanks for getting back to me about my question. Yeah, I was so vague I don't know how you even knew what I was talking about. Yes, I meant just something pretty to cover the top of a bag. I just bought brown lunch bags for favors that I decorated but then I'd seen some 'toppers' that you can put over the...top. Anyway, I think they look fine without. I was just picking your brain because I love all the cute details you post when you share pictures of your girls' parties. Like I said, you are so talented :)
