christmas festivities

We've been really busy the last few weeks with all sorts of fun Christmas activities. Even though Finley is still so young, I love starting family traditions that we can continue throughout the years. Here's some pictures from the last few weeks.

I accidentally forgot to write a thank you note to Mimi after Finley's birthday. I'm sure she has been skipping off to the mailbox everyday waiting for it to arrive. Oops. So, I will share with the world why Mimi is the best Mom/Grandma in the whole world, and why I am so thankful for her.
She:
-loves my family so much that it's borderline sick
-is the most giving/selfless person. just ask any of her friends-they'll agree.
-laughs sooooooooo hard at almost anything. usually, we don't even know what we're laughing at. 7 out of 10 times it ends in someone having an accident, and no i'm not talking about finley :)
-drops everything to come and babysit or help us out when we're sick, tired, or in need of a date.
-spoils us (in many ways, not just with material things-but she does that too)
-has amazing strength
-has such a positive, bright spirit
